If you want to view the videos in their best quality, click on the HD button and turn HD to on. Start playing the video then immediately hit pause. Click on the 4 arrows to make the video full screen. Mouse up to the top right of the screen and make sure scaling is off. Click play.
If you connection is not quick enough to keep up with the stream, just pause the video for a minute or two and to let it load.
